Ramsey County currently has no other plans
for roadway improvement or realignment in the
proposed development area. Sidewalk construction
was recently completed in the immediate vicin-
ity of the site, with the communities of New
Brighton and St. Anthony working in cooperation.

Additional thoroughfares in the development area
which would be directly affected should the pro-
posal be implemented include Windsor Court, Windsor
Drive, and Windsor Way. These are interior streets
serving the Windsor Green residential area. Al-
though traffic counts are not available for these
roadways, a considerable amount of traffic was
observed utilizing Windsor Court during several
inspection tours of the Windsor Center site.

Potable water, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer
service is available to the site. An 8 inch water
main is located along the eastern portion of the
Silver Lake Road right-of-way on the western boun-
dary of the site. An 8 inch sanitary sewer line
is situated within the right-of-way of Windsor
Court on the eastern boundary of the site. The
site will be graded to permit the gravity feed of
wastewater to the sewer line. As noted previously,
a 15 inch storm sewer line intercepts the southeast
corner of the site. There is sufficient water sup-
ply and sewer line capacity to accommodate site
needs and contribution.

I~8
