LOCATION <br /> <br />The proposed action will involve the clearing, <br />drai.ning, and grading of approximately 6.26 acres <br />of land. Three, one-story structures will be con- <br />structed on the site; ancillary components will <br />consist of driveways from Windsor Court and Silver <br />Lake Road, internal driving lanes and parking lots <br />as well as a landscaped buffer area and internal <br />landscaping. <br /> <br />The site is located in the southwestern portion of <br />New Brighton, adjacent to the Village of St. Anthony <br />as indicated in Figure 1. The legal description <br />of the proposed Windsor Center property is as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 of Section 31, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota described as follows, to wit: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly <br />right of way line of County Road E and the <br />Easterly right of way line of Silver Lake Road <br />(said Southerly right of way line being 33 feet <br />South of the North line of said NW 1/4 of the <br />NE 1/4); thence Easterly along said Southerly <br />right of way line, on an assumed bearing of <br />N.890-18'-39"E., a distance of 630 feet; thence <br />S.oo-4l'-22"E., a distance of 202 feet; thence <br />on a tangantial curve to the left, the radius <br />being 282.98 feet, a distance of 54.95 feet; <br />thence S.420-10'-38"W., a distance of 392.07 <br />feet; thence S.890-l8'-37"W., a distance of <br />137.07 feet; thence S.530-04'-45"W., a distance <br /> <br />11-1 <br /> <br />_~~J <br />
