In order to m~et the drainage requirement of
Rice Creek Watershed District a detention basin and some new
storm sewer will need to be installed. Some of the storm sewer
as well as a portion of a 6 foot berm for the detention basin
will need to be constructed on the County's Old Highway #8
right-of-way.

The location of the berm is shown on the sheet marked "Grading
and Utility Plan" and the new storm sewers are shown on the
plan titled "Storm Sewer Project 82-20".

We have permission from MN/DOT to use their right-of-way to
the north. Please contact me if you see any problem with the
proposed filling on the County right-of-way.

An additional curb cut will be needed on lOth Street NW near
the west end of the site. I anticipate that this curb cut will
be made next Spring and a permit application for it will be made
at a later date.

Sincerely,

~f~

Leslie J.
