<br />I appreciated your taking the time to meet with Bill Kranz and myself re-
<br />garding the project status and open items. The revised survey dated
<br />December 17, 1982, will document the current location of the force main,
<br />15 feet west of the manhole, which is 10 feet west of the building. It
<br />appears that the Barr Engineering drawings should now be updated to re-
<br />flect the appropriate elevations and location of the 36 inch storms ewers
<br />which pass under the force main to the ponding area about 4 feet deeper
<br />than originally specified. Then, I believe, five copies of the Barr
<br />Engineering drawings should be forwarded to us so that the architect can
<br />appropriately red line the plans that have been ,presented to the city
<br />for purposes of obtaining permits. I know this reflects the intent of
<br />the parties. I do appreciate your cooperation and support in this effort.
