<br />At our meeting on Thursday, November 18, 1982, prior to signing the
<br />Development Agreement, weoverviewed the timing on the ponding and
<br />associated storm sewer update as being critical to the project
<br />completion. Essentially, our General Contractor, Bill Kranz, Sr.,
<br />has to have time to get the site development compaction, footings and
<br />walls in place with continued access without interruption for materials.
<br />This requires that other contractors on the associated project amenities
<br />have schedules compatible with the general contractor's efforts.
<br />
<br />You indicated that you would coordinate the contract start and comple-
<br />tion prior to April 1, 1983 to assure minimal delays on the project.
<br />Your continued efforts to coordinate the project development, with the
<br />general contractor, will be greatly appreciated due to delivery penalties
<br />and the need for effective teamwork on this project effort.
<br />
