Please se~ Site Plan (AI) and Grading Plan (A2) for <br />Tennis Court Layout information. Our Layout contemplates <br />that the Intersection of Long Lake Road and 12th Avenue will <br />be revised during the Spring of 1983. It is our understand- <br />ing the 12th Avenue Alignment will be adjusted such that it <br />will intersect with Long Lake Road at a right angle. It ap- <br />pears that the point of intersection could be achieved on <br />City Owned Property at a point South of the 12th Avenue En- <br />trance to Brighton Shores Townhomes. <br /> <br />We propose that this revision, including the removal of the <br />abandoned Bituminous Surfacing,be accomplished at such time <br />the Roadway Work is scheduled for the Private Brighton Shores <br />Roadways. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />We believe we have satisfied all the requirements for Final Ap- <br />proval and are ,in compliance with the Provisions of our Prelimi- <br />nary PRD-35 and Preliminary Plat PL-132.
