Winkels <br />Director of Community Development <br /> <br />SUBJECT: SUBMITTAL FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF APPLICATION <br />OF PRD-35 AND PLAT PL-132 <br />BRIGHTON SHORES TOWNHOMES <br /> <br />Dear Jim: <br /> <br />( " <br /> <br />We formally herewith submit for Final Approval of our Application <br />For Planned Residential Development (PRD-35) and Application For <br />, Plat Approval (PL-132). <br /> <br />Outlined bel~w is our response to the conditions presented in <br />Resolution Number 2661 which was adopted by The City Council on <br />December 14, 1982: <br /> <br />1. That final grading and drainage plans be a~proved by the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District and City Eng1neer. <br /> <br />Permit Application Number 82-134 has been submitted to the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District and approved subject to minor <br />changes which will require authorization from Administrative <br />Staff. Enclosed please find the revised and updated Grading <br />and Drainage Plans, i~cluding the Watershed Plan. We are <br />also requesting at this time approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2. That the ap licant dedicate additional right-of-wa for 12th <br />ton to e 1m1nate any en- <br /> <br /> <br />Our Site Plan shows a proposed new property line along the <br />West Side Of the property. It is our intent to dedicate <br />t the additional right-of-way shown to the City. <br /> <br />3. That the proposed lots/units be moved no more than 25 feet <br />to the East and that units have at least a 30 foot setback <br />from all street r1ght-of-way. <br /> <br />Our revised Site Plan complies with the maximum 25 foot re- <br />quirement for lot/unit relocation and the necessary 30 foot <br />setback requirement. <br />
