That the preliminary plat ffieets all require~ents of Crapter 2~, Subdivision of the City Code; 3. That the preliminary pqJ meets the statec! principals of the P~i), 'Section 7-010 07 the :~e": Rriohton :C'iiin9 Code; ar:~ ~.
