<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 18, 1983 <br /> <br />PRO 35, l~, 139~ BRIGHTON SHORES TOWNHOMES <br />The Director of Commu~tty Development reviewed the staff report and <br />recommendations. The propo~ed modification of 12th Avenue was also <br />discussed. <br /> <br />Hr. Jerry Svee, applicant, was present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Helgeson stated that she would like the intersection of <br />12th Avenue to Long Lake Road moved as far north as possible. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed the 12th Avenue modification and <br />the consensus was agreement with the proposal to have the intersection <br />modified. It was the consensus that the intersection should be placed <br />as far north as possible. <br /> <br />Motion by Leverkuhn, seconded by Helgeson to recommend approval of PRO <br />#35 and LP-139 subje~t to the following conditions: <br />1. Conformance with all conditions of Council Resolution <br />#2661; c <br />2. Conformance with site, landscape and building plans <br />, submitted, siqned and dated by the applicant and <br />Director of Community Development; <br />3. Conformance with the final plat, PL-132; and <br />4. Modification of 12th Avenue NW to intersect Long Lake <br />Road at a right angle, as approved by the City Engineer. <br />7 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />
