Please refer to the attached copy of Description Sketch, <br />prepared by Suburban Engineering, Inc. <br /> <br />We also propose to Deed the necessary Right-Of-Way for this In- <br />terchange over to the City of New Brighto~ as shown .on the attached <br />copy of our Revised Plat. We are requesting, in return, the City <br />Deed over to Brighton Shores Development Company the vacated 12th <br />Avenue Right-Of-Way South of the new Interchange. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION OF ITEM TWO - We formally request approval of our Re- <br />vised Landscape Plan, Sheet A8. This Revised Plan illustrates <br />the Proposed Landscape Revisions along Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />We are also requesting approval to Landscape the North Embankment <br />Slope of the Existing Beach Road adjacent to the Brighton Shores <br />Property. Our Proposed Landscaping would be as shown on Sheet A8. <br /> <br />We believe this additional Landscaping will provide an aesthetic <br />improvement to the Beach Road Entrance, plus provide an additional <br />degree of visual screening of the Adjacent Townhome Units. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION OF ITEM THREE - We formally request approval to expand <br />the number of Townhome Units from 24 Units to 25 Units. With the <br />Property Addition of Parcel B, we believe we are within the maxi- <br />mum allowable density for PRD R-1 for Twenty~Five Units. <br />
