Winkels <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />May 23, 1983 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />DISCUSSION OF ITEM THREE (CONTINUED) <br /> <br />We propose adding the additional Unit to our Building Number One, <br />as shown on the attached Drawing A8. Building One would contain <br />Four Townhome Units, in lieu of Three, as previously submitted. <br />Building One is located adjacent to Long Lake Road and the Ten- <br />nis Court and would meet the necessary 30 Set-Back Requirement. <br /> <br />Please refer to the attached Revised Plat. We are also request- <br />ing approval of this Plat. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION - We believe the attached submitted Data conforms to <br />all City Requirements and does not diminish the functional and <br />aesthetical goals of the Brighton Shores Townhome Project.
