Recommend approval on the basis that there is no <br />environmental concern of significance and that the <br />special use permit standards have been met. <br />2. Recommend denial on the basis that the impacts <br />produced (i.e.. traffic and environmental) are <br />sufficient to create a detriment. <br />3. Continue the public hearing and request additional <br />information. If this were the chosen cause of action <br />I would suggest that the Planning Commission recommend <br />that the Council consider hiring a expert to help <br />determine the impacts of this facility. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />To adopt alternative No.3 above. <br /> <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
