The total number on nonconformities is reduced; <br />2. The impact of any nonconformity upon adjacent premises <br />is reduced to the greatest practical extent; <br />3. The extent of any nonconformity is reduced where <br />practical. <br />EXISTING TYPE IV NONCONFORMITIES <br /> <br />~. Lack of 40 foot front yard setback for parking and garden <br />center. <br />2. Lack of front yard landscaping. <br />3. Lack of concrete curbing. <br />4. Less than 15 foot side yard setback. <br />5. Lack of required parking for three months of the year. <br /> <br />APPLICANT'S RESPONSE TO NONCONFORMITIES <br />
