Mattila added that starr <br />should look at uses in an industrial district versus industrial <br />district parking standards. <br /> <br />Signage Question <br /> <br />Commissioner Sande asked ir block lettering on mansard in the <br />Rice Creek Center is allowed by the sign ordinance. <br /> <br />Chairman Baker said the requirements should be in the sign plan <br />ror that speciric site. <br /> <br />Krueger stated that Erickson's was included in the Rice Creek <br />Center sign plan to the extent that the property cannot have a <br />pylon sign. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sande asked ir the building is covered in the sign <br />plan. Stated that the sign does not coordinate with the other <br />signs in the center. <br /> <br />Krueger stated it was not clear to her by looking at the sign <br />plan ir Erickson Super Value participated in the sign plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sande stated the owners or Erickson Super Value <br />attended the hearings at the time or the drarting or the sign <br />plan. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Baker. seconded by Sande. to request Starr check <br />to see that the new tenants or the old Erickson Super Value store <br />conrorms to the Rice Creek Shopping Center sign plan. <br /> <br />6 ayes. 0 nays. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Sande. seconded by Jensen. to adjourn at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />6 ayes. 0 nays.
