<br />PAGE 4 <br /> <br />Commissioner Blomquist stated that an Item No.4 should be added <br />to state that landscaping be provided between the north driveway <br />and the building. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Sande and seconded by Jensen ror approval or, <br />LP-201 subject to the change in Item No.3, that the 15 root <br />driveway to the north be a one-way drive and the addition or Item <br />4 that landscaping be provided between the north drive and the <br />building. <br /> <br />7 ayes. 0 nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> <br />Kevin Locke asked the Planning Commission what procedure they <br />would ravor using to update the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Chairman Baker responded that, in the past, starr made a <br />worksheet outlining the areas needing change and the Planning <br />Commission went over the sheets at each Planning Commission <br />meeting. Stated this method worked well. <br /> <br />Locke raised the question or having an inrormational meeting to <br />highlight changes to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Council Representative Benke suggested cablecast coverage or such <br />a meeting. Also, suggested a videotape presentation be made or <br />the proposed changes. <br /> <br />Chairman Baker suggested that the neighborhood updates be <br />discussed at a future meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Becker asked if the Highway 8 Corridor was going to <br />be considered one neighborhood separately. <br /> <br />Chairman Baker responded that it had been decided at a past <br />meeting to redraw the neighborhood boundaries, considering the <br />Corridor as a separate neighborhood. <br /> <br />Krueger stated that the Police Department redid all their <br />neighborhoods this past year to match the current Comprehensive <br />Plan, so that there will have to be a coordination or efforts on <br />the neighborhood boundaries. <br /> <br />Locke stated that a schedule ror the completion or revising the <br />Comprehensive Plan will be done for the next Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sande asked ir the Metropolitan Council has to look <br />at the revised plan. <br /> <br />Chairman Baker responded arfirmative. <br />
