The City <br />Council conducted an RFP and subsequently hired Sathe Executive Search to conduct the recruitment <br />process. A national recruitment was conducted and City Council selected Dean Lotter as the City's next <br />City Manager on October 19. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />Explanation: <br /> <br />The attached agreement dictates the terms of the employment between the City Council and Dean Lotter. <br />Mr. Lotter will begin employment with the City of New Brighton on February 1,2007.
