However, the proposed weigh scale would be located <br />entirely within the subject site, would be used mainly by trucks doing <br />business with the applicant, and would not be advertised for public <br />use. Therefore, the proposed location of the truck scale and weigh <br />house would not appear to be in violation of any zoning codes. <br /> <br />The proposed truck scale is not anticipated to generate additional <br />truck traffic either on the site or in the surrounding area. The <br />applicant has indicated the scale would be used primarily by client <br />trucks which currently travel to and from the subject site on a daily <br />basis. <br /> <br />LP-207 <br /> <br />Neither the City Zoning Ordinance or the State Building Code <br />regulations are being violated in terms of setbacks or location. <br />However, State Statutes 219.45 to 219.53 must be complied with as <br />outlined previously. <br />
