Proposed Use: The applicant is proposing to construct an <br />apartment building containing 32 two bedroom units. The <br />proposed apartment building would face 10th Street NW and have <br />access off of 9th Avenue NW. <br /> <br />2. Density/FAR: The subject site is located in the R-3B district <br />and is proposed to be developed as a Planned Residential Development. <br />The maximum number of 2 bedroom units allowed on the subject site as a <br />PRD would be 32 units. The overall density would be 12.6 units per <br />acre. <br /> <br />3. Building Setbacks: The required building setback from the <br />perimeter of the PRD is 25 feet. The building setback <br />proposed by the applicant is 30 feet from the 10th Street NW <br />ROWand 25 feet from 9th Avenue NW ROW. <br /> <br />4.
