Also, <br />boulevard trees along 10th Street NW would further enhance the <br />gateway to the City. <br /> <br />13. Other Considerations: A traffic analysis of the area was <br />undertaken at the time of the rezonings, i.e. R-1 to R-3B and <br />R-2 to B-3, in 1984. The traffic analysis included Ramsey <br />County comments on the future traffic projections for the area <br />and new traffic counts conducted by the city. The Council <br />determined the change in zoning would not significantly impact <br />the long range traffic projections for the area. <br /> <br />Public Works <br /> <br />1.
