Parham, partyka <br /> <br />Absent: Anderson (out of town), Councilman Rebelein <br /> <br />Also Present: Building & Planning Coordinator Johnson <br /> <br />Minutes - Februarv 18, 1975: <br /> <br />Motion by Daniels, seconded by Bohling, to approve as presented <br />the minutes of the regular meeting of February 18, 1975. <br /> <br />Motion carried,. 4-0 <br /> <br />Report on Council Actions: <br /> <br />, <br />\.~. . <br /> <br />The Chairman stated that the report would be put off until <br />later in the meeting because the Council representative was not <br />present. <br /> <br />Aqenda Review: <br /> <br />The Building and Planning Coordinator asked if a brief discussion <br />of garage and utility sheds in residential districts could be <br />added to the agenda. The agenda was accepted with the addition <br />of this item as Item 13. <br /> <br />Subdivision Without Plattinq. Hvidste:.Q.: <br /> <br />Daniels read the planning discussion. Earl Myhre appeared <br />representing the applicant. <br /> <br />Mr. Myhre stated his client's willingness to grant the sewer <br />easement as recommended in the planning discussion and stated that <br />in his opinion, the request meets the three requirements listed <br />for a minor subdivision. <br /> <br />At 7:45 P.M. Harty arrived. <br />
