Mr. Soler feels the <br />shopping center curb cut should never have been located so close to <br />an adjoining property. Mr. Solder doesn't foresee any traffic <br />conflicts generated by the proposed curb cut. Additional curb <br />cuts along Silver Lake Road have been discouraged, however, the <br />subject site is the only parcel along this stretch of Silver Lake <br />Road without a curb cut for access. The owner/applicant does not <br />have an access easement over Rice Creek Shopping Center driveway. <br />Should the westerly access point to the subject site from Rice <br />Creek Shopping Center driveway be eliminated in the future due to <br />the applicant no having access rights over said driveway, the <br />proposed curb cut along Silver Lake Road would adequately handle <br />traffic flow to and from the subject site. It should be noted, the <br />easterly access point to the subject site from the Rice .Creek <br />Shopping Center drive would be eliminated. <br /> <br />.
