Johnson <br /> <br />I am writing to inform you your application for site plan review <br />(LP-226) was approved on April 12, 1988, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Permit approval by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />2. Approval of grading plan by City Engineer. <br />3. Placement of Y connection of west side of building near north corner. <br />4. Applicant to provide soil test results insuring adequate load bearing <br />soil to support emergency vehicles on the north side of the building. <br />5 . Provision of a hydrant along the west property line as indicated by <br />the Fire Department. <br />6. Establishment of a 12 foot wide unobstructed path on the north side <br />of the building for emergency vehicle access to the east side of the <br />building. <br />7 . The proposed parking stall and aisle dimensions must comply with the <br />standards of the parking ordinance in effect at the time of parking <br />lot construction. <br />8.
