W. NOT INCLUDED HI THE BRIGHTON CORPORATE PARK'PLAT. 3 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Mattila stated there was a meeting with the applicant and with staff members (including the Fire Chief) ,since the staff report was printed and they reached a' tonsensus on the following revisions to the Conditions listed in the Recommendation portion of the Council Report: Placement of Y connection on west sida of building near north corner; Applicant to . provide soil test results insuring arlequat2 load bearing soil to support emergency vehicles on the north side of the building; (Eliminated); Establishment of a 12-foot wide unob~tructed path on the north side of the building for emergency vehicle access to the east side of the building; 8. The proposed parking stall and aisle dimensions must comply with the standards of the parking ordinance in effect at the time of btl;fd;ng-perm;t-;ggtlanee parking lot construction. (Eliminated -- redundant with the zoning ordinance). Following Senden's concern regarding Condition #10 (Final plat ap- proval of PL-168 -- now Condition #8), LeFevere stated if the meets and bounds description is not a parcel of record in its cur- rent form, the applicant may need to come back to council for an interim minor subdivision approval before a building permit is issued. . Motion by Brandt, seconded by Williams, to APPROVE LP-226, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. PERMIT APPROVAL BY THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT; 2. APPROVAL OF GRADING PLAN BY CITY ENGINEER; 3. PLACEMENT OF Y CONNECTION ON WEST SlOE OF BUILDING NEAR NORTH CORNER; 4. APPLICANT TO PROVIDE SOIL TEST RESULTS INSURING ADEQUATE LOAD BEARING SOIL TO SUPPORT EMERGENCY VHIICLES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING; 5.
