Khan stated that they have been proactive in addressing problem tenants; <br />enty six tenants have recently been evicted. <br />ouncil Member Doffmg suggested the following items from the Mitigation Plan be <br />considered: <br /> <br />. Specify the pet issues, indicating that pets are allowed at manager's <br />discretion. <br />. All residents and visitors have identification. <br />. All visitors be registered with Security. <br />. Every vehicle in the lot is accounted for. <br /> <br />Council Member Hoffman stated it is the goal of the Council to see this mitigation <br />plan succeed. Ms. Hoffman stated that it is important for both the neighbors and <br />those who live at Timber Crest to have a safe living environment. <br />Director Jacobson clarified that tonight's suggestions offered by council members be <br />included in the motion, or give the opportunity for Mr. Khan to have his Attorney <br />review the additions. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Doffing, seconded by Council Member Hoffman to <br />approve the Penrod Lane LLC (Timber Crest) Multi Family Provisional License and <br />ritigation Plan with the suggestions made by Council Member Doffing to be included, <br />Wrovided they are legally feasible. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br />3. Approval oflease agreement at the Family Services Center with <br />Minnesota Independent Health Club Association (MIHCA). <br />Report No. 06-258. <br /> <br />The Acting City Manager, Jeanna Troha explained that the lease is for one office <br />space on the second floor of the Family Se:rvice Center with Minnesota Independent <br />Health Club Association (MIHCA.) It was negotiated that Family Service Center <br />members who have Blue Cross Blue Shield and/ or UCare insurance can receive a <br />discount on their membership tlrrough Blue Cross Blue Shield. There is no impact <br />to the FSC Budget. <br /> <br />fotion by Council Member Doffing, seconded by Council Member Bauman to approve <br />he lease agreement with MIHCA at the Family Service Center as outlined. <br /> <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br />
