Current parking standards would <br />require 46 stalls to be constructed on site. Said site would <br />accommodate 47 stalls and still meet the required setback from the <br />R-3B and R-2 districts, however, a large amount of green space <br />along the north property line would be eliminated. Therefore, in <br />order to avoid reducing the amount of green space and to ensure an <br />adequate amount of parking is being provided on the subject site, <br />staff would recommend the applicant enter into a "proof of parking" <br />
