Processing Fee - $50.00 for R-l and R-2 zoned property; $100.00 for other. <br /> <br />NON-CONFORMING USE PERMIT <br />A. Existing Type IV Non-Conformities. <br />B. No non-conforming use permit shall be granted unless one or more of the following <br />conditions are met: <br />1. The total number of non-conformities is reduced; <br />2. The impact of any non-conformities upon adjacent premises is reduced to the <br />greatest practical extent; <br />3.
