ALL GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLANS TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY ENGINEER. <br />3. PERMIT APPROVAL BY THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT. <br />4. PROVISION OF POURED IN PLACE CONCRETE CURBING AROUND ALL PROPOSED PARKING AND <br />'DRIVE AREAS SERVING THE PROPOSED TOWNHOUSE BUILDINGS. <br />5. A FOUR FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPED MEDIAN BE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE 15 FOOT WIDE <br />DRIVEWAYS SERVING THE PROPOSED DUPLEX UNITS. <br />9.
