Lange <br /> <br />Location: 1211 Old Highway #8 (south of post office and <br />east of Old Hwy. #8) <br /> <br />Zoninq: I-I, Light industrial <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan (draft): Light industrial <br /> <br />Present Use of Property: Warehouse <br /> <br />Ordinance Requirements: Section 3-60 of the zoning code <br />states that on property where Type~V non-conformities <br />are present and are proposed to continue, construction <br />of building additions can only be allowed upon permission <br />of the City Council. Further, such permission can only <br />be granted if 'one or more of the following conditions are <br />met: <br /> <br />l.
