The existing building has less than the required <br />15 foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The applicant has made application for a building permit <br />(see staff report for LP-62) ~or an addition to his existing <br />warehouse };luilding.The site and landscape plans submitted <br />relative to the building permit request indicate that curbing <br />will be provided in the front yard adjacent to landscaped <br />areas, that there would be no front yard parking and that <br />the entire front yard would be landscaped. These improvements <br />would totally eliminate the first three non-conformities listed <br />above.
