In addition I <br />have enclosed the application for a building permit and <br />minor subdivision which must be completed. <br /> <br />Applications for building permits are first reviewed by <br />the Board of Review of the New Brighton Planning Commission. <br />The Board meets the third Tuesday of every month, therefore, <br />the Boardls next meeting will be March 20, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. <br />In order to get placed on the agenda for that meeting all <br />plans, a current certificate of survey, the building permit <br />application and minor subdivision documents must be received <br />by City Staff by noon Wednesday, March 14, 1979. <br /> <br />After the review by the Planning Commission, the request for <br />a building permit and minor subdivision will be examined by <br />the City Council. The City Council at its regular meeting <br />March 27th could act on the request~ Assuming the Planning <br />Commission and City Council approve your project the building <br />permit could be issued at the end of March. <br /> <br />As previously indicated by staff, a subdivision of the property <br />into two parcels would eliminate the necessity of obtaining a <br />variance for side street yard parking in an industrial district. <br />A minor subdivision as defined and outlined in Section 26-24 of <br />the New Brighton Subdivisio~ Code is a request to divide a lot <br />which is a part of a recorded plat where the division is to <br />create two (2) lots and the newly created property line will <br />not cause the other remaining portion of the lot to be in <br />
