Archer <br />City Planner, City of New Brighton <br />803 5th Avenue NW <br />New Brighton, Minnesota 55112 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Archer: <br /> <br />This is in reponse to your letter of March 10, 1981, regarding <br />the zoning code as it applies to the North Innsbruck Office Building. <br /> <br />As you know, we have rented 2,400 square feet in the basement, <br />and at this point we are requesting a variance from the City of <br />New Brighton. This request is being made under the proposed new ordinance <br />regulating parking in New Brighton. <br /> <br />We are in the process of exploring the various options available to <br />us including alteration of the existing lot, buying or leasing additional <br />space, or taking whatever action is necessary.
