However, sewer <br />services for the western property would have to be extended <br />from Old Highway #8 or from the industrial park in Mounds <br />View. <br /> <br />The access issue is brought to the Council's attention only <br />to indicate that there are means available to provide <br />access and utility service if and when they are needed for <br />the property west of this proposal.
