At the <br />time of the approval you agreed to the conformance with those <br />plans and signed the City's file copy of the plans. <br /> <br />The following items have not been completed: <br /> <br />1. Designate and sign handicap parking space; <br />2. Installation of brick on the lower ~ of the <br />front (west side) of the building; <br />3. Ins tall a t ion 0 f s P 1 i t r ail c e d a r f e nc e i n <br />front yard; <br />4. Installation of 6 foot high redwood fence for <br />screening purposes along the north and south <br />property lines; <br />5. Installation of crushed rock in the designated <br />storage area; <br />6. Installation of a fence enclosing the storage <br />area adjacent to the garage; and <br />7. Installation of concrete curbing to enclose the <br />driving and parking areas. <br /> <br />In addition to the items that have not been completed there <br />are the following that do not conform with the approved plans: <br /> <br />l. The driveway was not constructed as designed; <br />2. The elevated concrete slab that was constructed in <br /> the rear of the building eliminates a parking space <br /> and was not on the plans; <br />3. The storage of equipment and debris all over the <br /> site is not allowed; <br />4. The entrance to the building is not handicap accessible; <br />
