At the time of the approval you agreed to the conformance with those plans and signed the City's file copy of the plans. The following items have not been completed: 1. Designate and sign handicap parking space; 2. Installation of brick on the lower ~ of the front (west side) of the building; 3. Ins tall a t ion 0 f s P 1 i t r ail c e d a r f e nc e i n front yard; 4. Installation of 6 foot high redwood fence for screening purposes along the north and south property lines; 5. Installation of crushed rock in the designated storage area; 6. Installation of a fence enclosing the storage area adjacent to the garage; and 7. Installation of concrete curbing to enclose the driving and parking areas. In addition to the items that have not been completed there are the following that do not conform with the approved plans: l. The driveway was not constructed as designed; 2. The elevated concrete slab that was constructed in the rear of the building eliminates a parking space and was not on the plans; 3. The storage of equipment and debris all over the site is not allowed; 4. The entrance to the building is not handicap accessible;
