The company's primary <br />operation is truck painting. <br /> <br />The applicant presently owns the parcel in question which is 100' <br />x 529.5'. Because of the proposed width of the building and the <br />side yard setbacks required in an industrial district, the. <br />applicant will be obtaining an additional 10 feet of land from Bell <br />Lumber and Pole Company along the southern boundary of the property. <br />This land transfer would.then make the lot 110 feet in width as <br />indicated by the site plan. The transfer will also involve the <br />applicant transfering the east 50 feet of property to the pole yard. <br />Therefore, approval of the building permit application would be <br />contingent on the Council approval of the minor sub~ivision. <br />
