That front yard <br />parking in an industrial district is prohibited by the zoning code. <br /> <br />The applicant indicated that he was aware of the stipulation and <br />that is why he provided for parking in the rear yard of the <br />property. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, second by Livingston that LP-90 be recommended <br />for approval contingent on the applicant revi~in9 the site and <br />landscape plan to designate truck parking areas and denote type <br />of platings on the proposed berm andfuther on the condition that <br />the Council approve the necessary minor subdivision relating to <br />this parcel. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, motion carried. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br /> <br />Staff recommends that LP-90 approved by simple motion contingent <br />on the applicant revising the site plan to denote type of plantings <br />. on the berm, and on the condition that the Council approves the <br />necessary minor subdivision relating to this parcel. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />. <br />,. <br />
