AREA OF SITE: 6.4 acres; 278,784 square feet PROPOSED BUILDING AREA: 9100 square feet TOTAL BUILDING AREA: 16,260 square feet FLOOR-AREA-RATIO: .06 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED: 22 spaces PARKING SPACES REQUIRED: 16 spaces CONFORMANCE TO ZONING CODE REGULATIONS: All zoning code require- ments are met by the development p1~n. The applicant was granted a variance (VN-158) for front yard parking for truck trailers in August 1976 ~o the front yard parking is conforming. PLAN INFORMATION~ The site plan does not include the dimensions of the existing buildings, the proposed drainage and grading and the type of surface of the trailer parking are a . Also, the existing plantings in front of the existing office building and around the sign along Old Highway #8 are not shown on the site plan.
