The applicant <br />was granted a variance (VN-158) for front yard parking <br />for truck trailers in August 1976 ~o the front yard <br />parking is conforming. <br /> <br />PLAN INFORMATION~ The site plan does not include the dimensions of <br />the existing buildings, the proposed drainage and <br />grading and the type of surface of the trailer parking <br />are a . The 1 and s cap e p 1 an. do e s not i n d i cat e t hat the <br />~lantings of Russian Olive trees extends at15 foot <br />intervals to the east property line. The plantings <br />do extend to the east property line. Also, the <br />existing plantings in front of the existing office <br />building and around the sign along Old Highway #8 are <br />not shown on the site plan. With the above exceptions <br />the plans are complete and ~ontain all necessary <br />information. <br />
