<br />~ <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />LP-92 <br />Page #2 <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to relocate the existing service building <br />which is situated directly east of the office building to the sou~h <br />as shown ~n the site plan~ Therefore, the building permit application <br />includes a request for a foundation permit for this relocated building. <br />The proposal also includes the construction of.a 70' x 130' storage <br />and'service building to be attached to the existing office building. <br /> <br />The applicant is also constructi~g a 25' x 20' fenced storage area. <br />This fenced in area will be used as a storage area for parts that <br />are presently stored outside without the proper screening. The fence <br />will be 6 feet high and all outside storage of parts will be within <br />this area. <br /> <br />The applicant has indicated that he will revise the site plan to denote <br />all existing plantings on the site. The existing landscaping at the <br />site meets zoning code requirements that state that the front yard <br />of an industrial' site be landscaped except for the trailer parking <br />approved by the Council (VN-158). Also, the applicant will provide <br />for the proposed drainage plan on the revised site plan. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board of Review recommend approval of LP-92 <br />by simple motion contingent on the applicant revising the site and <br />landscape plan to include: <br /> <br />1) Dimensions of all buildings; <br />2) All existing landscaping; <br />3) All truck trailer parking areas; <br />4) Surface of parking areas; <br />5) Proposed drainage plans. <br /> <br />
