<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT UTILITY ACCOUNTS TO BE PAYABLE WITH <br />2007 PROPERTY TAXES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City annually certifies delinquent water, sewer, and stonnwater bills for collection with <br />the property taxes; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certification is authorized by the City Code for charges unpaid that are past due by ninety <br />(90) days as of September; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, interest at the rate of 10% per annum has been included in the totals; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the affected customers have been advised as to the certification; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. The certification shall be as shown in Attachment A. <br /> <br />2.
