Council <br />Member Doffing questioned the item in the cOntract where Mr. Lotter would be able <br />I to pursue a professional teaching program while employed at the City of New <br />Brighton. Council Member Doffmg requested the Mayor explain the intentions of <br />Mr. Lotter.
