At that <br />time there were the following existing Type <br />IV non-conformities on the site: <br /> <br />1) Off-street parking in an industrial <br />district in the front and side yards <br />bordering upon a public street (Section <br />l2-030,c.) <br />2) Exterior treatment on the street side of <br />the structure is standard concrete block <br />(Section 10-130,1.) <br />3) lack of screening of outside storage of <br />material or goods from the sight of public <br />traveling on the public right-of-way. <br />(Section 12-060,a.) <br />
