.. ~ LEGAL DESCRIPTION A part of the SE 1/4 of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23 described as follows: Commencing at a point located at the intersection of the South I ine of said SE 1/4 of Section 32, and the Easterly right-of-way I ine of the Minnesota Belt Line Railway and Transfer Company; thence Easterly along said South line ofsaid SE 1/4, a distance of 224.30 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence North at right angles, a distance of 94.9 feet; thence West at right anglesg a distance of 30.0 feet; thence North at right angles, a distance of 128.10 feet; thence East at right angles, a distance of 41.0 feet; thence Northerly to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of the Minnesota Belt Line Railway and Transfer Company, said point being 1037.60 feet Northeasterly from the intersection of said Easterly right-of-way line and the South line of said SE 1/4, as measured along said Easterly right-of-way' line; thence Northeasterly along said Easterly railroad right-of-way [jne, a distance of 275.78 feet more' or less to its intersection with the Southerly right-of-way line of T .H. No.8; thence Northeasterly along the Southerly right- of-way I ine of T. H.
