This letter explains the procedure you'll <br />be required to follow in order to obtain a building <br />permit for ~our proposed building. <br /> <br />I. Non-conforming Use Permit <br /> <br />A non-conforming use permit is needed s~nce your site <br />has the following Type IV non-conformities~ <br /> <br />A. The front yard,in an industrial area shall be <br />landscaped and not used for parking. PresentlYJ <br />there is no landscaping in your front yard and <br />you ,are allowing pa'rking in the front yard. <br /> <br />B. Driving and parking areas shall be a dustless <br />surface~ Your existing parking and driving <br />areas are not of a dustless surface. <br /> <br />c. Driveways shall not exceed 36 feet in width. <br />Your existing driveways well exceed 36 feet in <br />width. <br /> <br />D. All outside storage shall be screened from the <br />publi~ right-of-way. The chain link fence <br />along your property does not" provide screening <br />of stored trucks, machinery and trailers. <br /> <br />E. All vehicles on the premises must be operable <br />and have current license plates. There are a <br />number of wrecked vehicles and ~imilar debris <br />on the premises. ' <br />
