There is no ~oncrete curbing on the <br />site. <br /> <br />I ha~e enclosed an application form for a non-conforming <br />use permit. The zoning ordinan~e mandates that you do <br />everything practical to eliminate or reduce the impact <br />of the above mentioned non-conformities. Your performance <br />and intentions in regard to the non-c~nformities will <br />greatly determine whether or not the Council will approve <br />your building permit application. If you cannot eliminate <br />the above non-conformities pl~ase submit a letter with your <br />application which thoroughly explains why you can1t <br />eliminate the non-conformi~ies. <br /> <br />Enclosed also is a list of the things needed on the site, <br />and landscape plan. The elevations ~f the building should <br />show all four sides of the building.
