' <br /> <br />This request for a minor subdivision will create two (2) lots. <br />The proposal meets all standards in respect to a "minor subdivision <br />because the proposal is of small size and is well-defined. <br /> <br />TRAFFIC CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br />This type of restaurant generally generates a considerable amount <br />of traffic.
