Proposed Use: The applicant is proposing to construct an office/warehouse building with an <br />exterior storage area on the subject site. The proposed building would be 110,610 square <br />feet in area. A portion of the building would house an Automatic Storage and Retrieval <br />System (ASRS) which would be the major component of the warehouse building but <br />would only represent 7.6% of the total floor area. The ASRS component, however, <br />would be housed in a structure which would reach a height of 75 feet requiring a height <br />variance of 35 feet. <br />2.
