Reproducible site plan basemap with building footprint and roadway parking lot <br />delineated (supplied by architect or engineer). <br /> <br />Meetin~s <br /> <br />. One (1) coordination meeting with architect/engineer and city staff liaisons to <br />discuss design intent and schedule. <br /> <br />Task 2a--Schematic Design <br /> <br />. Develop up to three (3) alternative schematic design plans relating to site <br />improvementllandscape treatments based upon budget established by the city. <br /> <br />. Incorporate roadway, parking lot, turnaround, building service, and foundation <br />plantings; pedestrian plazas and paved areas; trails; and day care play area within <br />the alternatives. <br /> <br />. Coordinate and consult with engineer regarding proposed site grading, pedestrian <br />and roadway light fixtures, site utilities, etc. to be completed by engineer. <br /> <br />. Coordinate with architect regarding building layout/function, access/egress, <br />windows, etc. <br /> <br />. Review schemes with design team and city. <br /> <br />Products <br /> <br />. Maximum three (3) alternative schematic design phase landscape plans. <br />
