This proposal is based upon our September 30 meeting <br />with you regarding the city's goals and expectations of the facility and site as a whole. <br /> <br />The level of our involvement in this proposal is designed to be flexible. As discussed, we <br />will provide you with additional information if needed, following your review of this <br />proposal. It is our understanding that you may choose to select one or both of the <br />professional discipline services outlined in the proposal. Therefore we have delineated <br />individual tasks and services to aid in your review and decision-making process. Our <br />proposal and scope of services is based upon information contained within William's- <br />O'Brien and Bakke Kopp's drawings to date, our knowledge of the site, and your goals and <br />objectives regarding the site. <br /> <br />The tasks identified in our scope of services will take the following site issues into <br />account: <br /> <br />Landscane Architecture <br /> <br />1. Incorporation of naturalistic landscape treatment and low maintenance areas. <br />2. Integration of building structure, massing, and materials with the landscape. <br />3. Enhancement of existing wetland plant communities and water features. <br />4. Visibility and appearance from Fifth Avenue, County Road F, and 1-694. <br />5. Overall theme and intent of the family center concept. <br />6. Adjacency to proposed downtovm streetscape improvements/plantings. <br /> <br />J'raffic and Parkin!!" Analvsis <br /> <br />1.
