Such a land use arrangement would simply <br />encourage the haphazard land use patterns already existing along the west side of Cleveland Avenue SE. <br />Staff would be in favor of rezoning the entire R-2 district to B-1, Limited Business, thereby, also <br />discouraging d1e above land use arrangement. <br />
