<br />!i <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 597 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE BY REZONING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON FROM R-2, TWO FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL TO B-1, LIMITED BUSINESS (generally Cleveland Avenue SE across from 4th <br />Street SE). <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of New Brighton does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />Pursuant to section 8-310 of the New Brighton Zoning Ordinance, the official <br />zoning map is amended to identify the I\{orth 300.00 feet, except therefrom the <br />northerly 100.00 feet, of that part of the south 10.00 acres of the southeast <br />quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, lying easterly of State Trunk Highway 394.
