STUART COMPANY, <br />INC. (MAIN EVENT) TO THOMAS, WILLIAM, ROBERT, AND HELEN <br />STUART, DBA THE JAMES L. STUART CO., INC. (MAIN EVENT). <br /> <br />3. CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION CLOSING 1985/86 <br />CONSTRUCTION FUND #423. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearina - 7:43-7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Erny Mattila, City Planner, presented a request to resubdivide two existing <br />industrial lots. <br /> <br />Previously, the City purchased a portion of property from John Miller and <br />a remaining portion was then donated by John Miller.
